Hi,

The metronome is now being used to help runners and sprinters develop proper pacing. What about an accelerating beat to help sprinters develop a fast start? We know what the world records are in the sprints. It's a straightforward approach to use stride length and incremental acceleration to teach an athlete to develop the right pacing to be able to duplicate these records. As a coach I am sure that it would revolutionize training for speed in all sports where speed is of the essence!

Incidentally musicians would also be able to practice difficult accelerations, by playing slowly, and then gradually accelerating, to the right beat.

I lost a total of 2300 dollars to them. I wrote to the NJ DA, they were no help. I would suppose they took our money and are living it up in China.
question is, when they re-appear and set up a new business, how do we find them?

I don't think that 3gplaza.com packed up and left.
I ordered many components from them, I drove to pick up cause I lived 2 miles from them. I took a tour of the place, the back entrance is connected to a giant warehouse that stores there stuff, they have many workers there, you have to drive into the truck entrance. they are most likely still there just going to change the name of shop to something else.
They were good to me for many years, I am shocked that they went out in that fashion. That sucks!

Back in 2/08 I saw a eVGA 8800gtx selling for $1100 with a $900 rebate. The reviews for 3gplaza.com were ok at the time. 16 weeks was a long time to wait but it seemed worth it. Both my friend and I ordered one for my computer since it was one per customer. Both cards worked and were shipped fast, but that's where the good news ends. I had a similar experience as everyone else with the hard to understand people when I called.

I've always lived by the saying that if it's too good to be true, it probably is. I don't know why I went against my better judgment that time. Needless to say, no rebates have come in yet. I've contacted the NJ D.A. Thankyou for the info at the top of the page. I guess there is some good news though. I purchased with my Chase card. They gave me a full refund processing it as I would have returned it if I knew I wouldn't get a rebate. But since the company vanished I can't contact them to return it. Chase will put the charge back on my card if 3g does for some reason contact me for a return (seems unlikely though). Chase went above and beyond with that. My friend's credit card was not as accommodating though.

I purchased an Acer laptop which I received in January 2008. The offer included a $400 rebate, which I applied for in January. After the mandatory 16-week wait, I contacted 3gplaza about the rebate and was told it would be processed and that I would probably receive it in June 2008. No rebate came. Finally, 3gplaza put me in touch with their "Rebate Center," which is RebateOne, website is RebateOne2004@yahoo.com. RebateOne told me it was still being processed. After my first contact with them, they never again responded to my emails. Of course, RebateOne is just another part of 3gplaza. Other name for this company is Computer3gInternational. I contacted my credit card company, CaptialOne, but they decided I didn't submit my complaint within 60 days of purchase. Naturally, 3gplaza had in writing that you had to wait 16 weeks before getting a rebate, which makes 60-days-after-purchase a mute point. So, I'm out $400 on this obvious scam on the U.S. public. None of the 3 people I spoke with at 3gplaza spoke much understandable English, so I don't know where they originate.

I think it's brilliant to have an online tuner/metronome but in the next version could you perhaps include tuning tracks for other instrumments and maybe a few time signatures in with the metrenome.

Well considering the favicon.ico file for viewmicro.com is a yellow "3G", I think we can be certain it's the same guys. Also, the e-mail headers you have above show that the IP address they used to send the e-mail was 211.161.120.86, which shows they are sending it from none other than CHINA! They obviously have someone working out of the US to send the items to the people, but their buddies are Chinese. This is the same IP address as someone named "Alex Lee", who sent me an e-mail in February.
